Return policy
The steps below apply to sample hardware fulfilled directly by the studio. Marketplace orders may follow separate operator rules.
Reporting an issue
Send order reference, photos of packaging, and a short description through the contact page. We reply with an acknowledgment and, when needed, a return material authorization.
Eligibility window
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery unless a longer period appears on your invoice. Consumables and cut-to-length items are excluded once opened.
Condition
Items must be free of installation marks. Missing parts reduce refundable value in line with replacement cost.
Refund method
Approved refunds return to the original payment path within fourteen banking days after the warehouse confirms receipt. Shipping charges follow the quotation attached to your order.
Non-returnable digital goods
Downloadable guides, if offered in the future, become non-returnable after access unless EU digital content rules grant a wider withdrawal window.
Dispute resolution
We prefer direct resolution. Consumer arbitration boards may be listed when legally required; check your checkout confirmation for updates.
